The communication and service we received from the team at Simple Bike Store has been excellent right from start to finish. Eddy did his absolute best to source the bike we wanted and get it delivered in a timely way. The bike has arrived in perfect condition and we are so pleased to have had such a great experience. I had very professional contact with the salesman Martin. He spontaneously sent e mails to update the status for the delivery.

Mooie fiets besteld, de juiste maat moest van over de grens komen. Binnen een week de fiets ontvangen. (Track & trace code had alleen geen enkele nut, jammer helaas) In ieder geval m’n bestelling in goede staat, snel ontvangen. Bedankt Simple bike store, op naar de volgende aanschaf!

The shop has a very large range of products, and they deliver it quickly.

Very fast and adequate reaction to my questions by e-mail. Shipment rook a little longer than expected (because it came from Letland instead of Rotterdam). Instructions on how to assemble the bike were very clear and the bike is fantastic. My son finally likes to learn hoe to ride a bike.

Very good and individual service. We talkded individualy and they sent me a bike in the required time.

Der Versand hat soweot von Seiten SBS super geklappt! Das Bike war auch top verpackt! Jedoch mussten Bremsen und Schaltung noch von der Fachperson eingestellt werden.

Got the job done nicely

My bike arrived in a couple days despite me residing in another country. Their customer service (chat) was helpful and helped me to pick the right-sized bike for me. Most importantly, the bike was intact, easy to compile, and will serve me well for many years to come.

Ik was even verbaasd, gekocht in Rotterdam verstuurd vanuit Riga. Precies wat ik besteld had
