Positives: Quick help prior to ordering. Shipped the bike fast. Negatives: They chose DPD as carrier when I paid for DHL during my order. I found out after they had shipped the bike. Bike arrived with a heavily damaged box and with scratches all over. Nealy a month has gone by and I do not have compensation for it. They avoid answering to my e-mails. The guys at the shop have no say about the situation. They refer me to the 'office' and to wait for DPD claim answer. But there is no phone number to the office. I just have to wait for e-mails reply that do not come. They were honest enough to accept they chose DPD instead of DHL because of the high costs with DHL. Cannot recommend them.

Service post transaction was great as we got informed about delay in shipping status and received regular updates on shipping time. What was rather poor is the quality of the bike. The rim was bended in a way which lead to a replacement. Also the two metal bars for the fender in the front had to be shortened in order to proper fit. For a bike with this price this is bad quality.

Bought a complete bike and was riding happily in just a few days

After my bike pre-order the owner of Simplebikestore inquired with Bombtrack and found out exactly my bike could be available this winter instead of next winter because someone else cancelled his pre-order. Excellent service! I wanted to make use of fietsenplan/fisc free. Simplebikestore facilitated this perfectly. They kept me updated during the waiting. Definitely would recommend them to anyone else.

Good experience. First, they happened to have goods in stock, which is not that common these days. I had to check a couple of details on the bike I was after before placing my order. I chatted and exchanged a couple of emails with Eddy and got things sorted out. I placed the order on Friday and received the goods in flawless condition the next Wednesday.

Bike delivered to Ireland at agreed cost, arrived in perfect condition. Communication top notch, answered always promptly even on weekends and holidays.

The guys at SBS are the best! I had some doubts about the bike and they sent me explanations and pictures of the actual bike. They answered in detail and you know they know what they're talking about. Super informative and helpful. Amazing customer experience.

I had a troubleless experience with Simplebike. They had the bike I wanted in stock, they send it quickly and delivery was fast as well. Tracking was good. And my bike is great! And that's all I wanted.

International shipping charges were not posted prior transaction has been completed - politely explained and added €10. No problem. What made me a little irritated is after arrival my kids helmet size clearly not matching the description in the website. Please someone pickup the box with Woom helmet and compare sizes in cm with your website. Other than that - I feel fortunate to get that Woom helmet which seems only one shop on the planet still has in stock. :) Slava

I was looking into purchasing an Unknown Singularity and stumbled upon this site. I contacted the company and a representative reached out to me and we began to discuss the purchase process. He explained to me what the shipping time frame would be and the cost for it. Throughout the entire transaction he kept me informed and was able to answer any questions that I had. Within a week the bike was at my doorstep and I couldn't have been happier. The delivery date was the same as my birthday. A wonderful present from Europe.

I wanted some curana mudguards which just aren't available in the uk. Simplebikestore had them and were happy to ship to the uk. Since Brexit many won't ship here. They arrived very quickly and no import tax was added. Curana mudguards are great, fit my gravel bike really well, 55mm 28 inch mudguards paired with 50 mm 650 b tyres gives good clearance. Thanks. I chose to buy from simplebikestore because of the price difference in the items I needed - but soon found that, happily, their service is as amazing as their prices. My only slight regret is that I did not find them earlier. They will now be my automatic go to site and I look forward to shopping from them again.
