Loved the bag, the item was dispatched on time, all exactly as expected. I had issues with TNT not knowing where I lived and trying to send the package to a neighbour but that is no fault of simplebikestore. Will %100 use these guys again

Plenty of information about what was going on with my order, delivery was easy to track, came right on time and at the right address, with no damage to my order.

I contacted Bungi Bungi to see what they could say about their bikes, and how they could convince me to choose their bike over another brand, such as Rascal, Easy-Rider and so on. I received an honest reply, over several emails of question/comment response, and found the person I was dealing with, Mārtiņš, to be very enthusiastic. While I can't comment on a qualitiative comparison between my chosen bike and other brands, I can say that the bikes looks really great, and it was shipped really quickly. Overall, my experience with the Bungi Bungi has been a positive one, and I am please with the appearance and impression of the frame and attached/included parts.

UPDATE BELOW I ordered a bike from this store but I recieved the wrong frame size. I sent an email in april regarding this issue and got a response within a day. They said they would email the supplier asking what went wrong. A few weeks later I still hadn't heard anything so I sent an email asking for an update, but I got no response. A month later I sent another seperate email asking for an update regarding the situation. I still haven't recieved a response to this email. Now I've been stuck with the wrong size bike for nearly 6 months and the customer service still hasn't responded to my emails. UPDATE 23/8/21: Simplebikestore has reached out to me after I placed this review. It turns out that my emails weren't recieved because the employee assigned to my case wasn't availible. They have apologized and we've been able to find a sollution. Because of this good display of customer sercvice and since they were very forthcoming in finding a solution I have changed my star rating from 1/5 to 3/5. I still think this shouldn't have happened in the first place, but it really seems like a one-time mistake.

Ordered a bike from simple bike store and could not be happier with the service they provided. I was thoroughly updated on the status of my order and the bike was delivered with care.

I looked long and hard to find a bike for my daughter which had a rubber chain so her pants would not be dirty like they are with the classical chain. Well, look no further, highly recommended to buy this bike for your son or daughter..!
