It’s been a month and my bike hasn’t arrived

Even tho the order went smooth I still haven’t received my bike. The only information I can get from the site is that my bike is shipped but there is no estimated date or arrival.

Value, Choice, Service!

SBS was the only place in Europe which had the Marin MTB I had my heart set on. They were better than competitively priced, the item was shipped quickly and safely arrived in the UK a few days later. It was well packaged and I could not be happier with my new bike!

Niet exact wat ik bestelde

Ondanks expliciete vermelding 'geen wide' board toch wide board verstuurd. Pas artikel verstuurd na insturen van een ticket. Wel netjes opgepakt en direct actie ondernomen. Daarnaast dacht ik in Rotterdam te bestellen maar het kwam uit Riga (kon ik nergens uit opmaken). Wel netjes afgeleverd!

In case you got the wrong item you could reach out and we would collect the wrong item and make sure to ship the correct board. To base your review on something you never mentioned to us is in my opinion not the best way as we are usually looking for solutions and solving them immediately and hustle free for us as we highly value all our customers. Very good bikes, perfect service.

We have very good experience with bungi bungi bikes. We had one 20” bike, and now also second one, which is 24” . The bikes are very good , high quality and weight is very low. Delivery was pretty quick, and customer service just excellent.

Amazing customer experience

Very polite response, speedy shipping.

I ordered a small rack. And their response was very gentle and polite. I got very carefully packed luggage from Netherlands to Japan within 10 days. Everything was great.

The service was great, they called me when they did not have the bike I ordered in the right colour to ask wether I would like to wait or get one in a different colour. Then the delivery arrived swiftly and just as discussed. Would definitely order from them again.

EU friendly webshop

But the matter of the fact is that as we had already explained to you, that we cannot be held accountable for a third party shipping company mishandling packages. As you did not claim mishandling of the package with the transporter - we are not able to help exactly. Still we refunded 10% of the order. Hope you will have a better experience next time!
