Absolutely great!

Schlechte Kommunikation und Rücksendungs Policy

Ich habe über die SimpleBikeStore ein Fahrrad bestellt. Leider ist der Rahmen doch größer als gedacht gewesen. Nach dem mehrmakigen Telefonkontakt und Mails, habe ich keine vernünftige Antwort bekommen, wie man denn das bestellte Fahrrad zurückschicken kann.Obwohl es ein online shop ist, sollte doch sowas kein Problem sein. Die Mitarbeiter haben keine Abholmöglichkeit angeboten und auch keine Empfehlung einer Versandfirma vorgeschlagen. Bei so einem Bestellwert, finde ich so einen mangelhaften Kundenservice super uncool.Also leider enttäuschende Erfahrung.

Dear Maximilian, Unfortunately I have to say that your given information is not true. We have offered to organise the pickup but you refused it because of the fact it had to be packed back in the original box safely. Due to fact bike was assembled we kindly asked you to do it at the bike shop to avoid that the bike arrives with us damaged and we warned you that in case it arrives damaged you will be held responsible. We are not responsible about collection of goods especially when the wrong size is purchased. For the purchased bike there was a clear sizing chart within product description and in order you would follow the guidelines this would never happen. We understand that human mistake can happen but it is something we can't be responsible. We can only offer the solution which we did but you never came back to us after we explained the procedure that normally you are the one that has to ship the bike back. We even gave our quote for TNT and DHL pickup services. So telling we did not offer shipping company or we did not offer pick-up is not true.

Al enkele dagen opzoek naar een Wahoo Kickr. Alle (web)shops die ik gevonden heb konden hem niet leveren. (Een enkeling verwachte pas weer te kunnen leveren in het najaar 2021) Simple Bike Shop kon hem volgens de site wel leveren. Sceptisch als ik was toch even telefonisch contact gezocht. Bedrijf gaf aan via een andere distributielijn te leveren (vanuit Letland) levertijd ongeveer 5 dagen. Waarna ik nog iets sceptischer werd. Ivm dat ik via Klarna achteraf kon betalen toch besteld. Diezelfde avond nog een verzend bevestiging ontvangen van TNT, levering verwacht op 27/1 voor 1800 uur. Wat blijkt op 27/1 in de middag werd de Wahoo Kickr keurig aan huis bezorgd. De wahoo Kickr geïnstalleerd en de eerste twee ronden zitten er op. Zowel.de Wahoo Kickr als de Simple Bike Store kan ik aanbevelen.
