Eerst gechat met de vraag of ik online kon bestellen en dan kon afhalen in Rotterdam in de winkel. Dat kon , dus kreeg een mail en nog een telefoontje toen de fiets klaarstond. Volgende dag opgehaald en is ook nog op de goeie zadelhoogte gezet. Dus helemaal tevreden

Next to accessories I also pre-ordered a bike months before the estimated shipping time so I worried a bit, but everything was OK. When I had questions I got quick responses and finally the bike arrived at the promised time.

Gaf aan wat voor fiets ik zocht. Ben weggegaan met een fiets die ik zelf nooit zou hebben gekocht, maar heb er veel plezier aan. En er moesten nog spatborden en een standaard op. Dat deden de heren van de winkel diezelfde middag nog, omdat het de volgende dag goed weer was om te fietsen. Dus de mannen in de winkel zijn zelf ook echte fietsers.

Professional and fast

As I had some problems to get hold of a Road Runner Jammer bag I contacted Simplebikestore when they would get a new batch of bags. Bags were still out of stock and in fact first had to be produced by Road Runner. However, simplebikestore offered me a preorder. That felt at first somehow odd as I had to pay in advance and wait a couple of weeks until the bags had been produced, shipped to Europe and finally forwarded to my home address. Eventually being transparently guided through the process I placed the preorder and finally received the bag without further problems.

Great customer service available around the clock.

The delivery was on time. The product is fantastic and we very much appreciate that it arrived already ready to use and didn't need to be put together as normally parents of small children don't have the time to do that.

If you are unlucky enough to get a bad product, dont expect any service from these people.
