I had a problem come up with the shipping cost of my bike (due to covid) and they were responsive and professional in dealing with my overly frantic concern. The bike arrived quickly and in great condition once that problem was resolved. They really are the best here.

After an initial delay owing to holidays they were quick to answer queries and process our order for a bombtrack gravel bike. Delivery to France was also good. The gears and brakes needed a fair amount of tweeking, but was expecting this.

I ordered online as it seems all bikes in the UK are out of stock right now, and I received the bike earlier than I thought I would. They gave me clear and timely updates on the stages of my order and were very friendly and helpful when there was a manufacturer fault with the bike (not the store's fault), even providing a repair discount when I'd voided the warranty.

Ordered a model not available in Ireland. Ordering, service and delivery were flawless and it even arrived ahead of the expected date.

Fahrrad wurde mit Expresslieferung wie versprochen sehr schnell geliefert. Da ein Teil nicht lieferbar war - wurde nach telefonischer Abstimmung - eine Alternative geliefert. Bei telefonischer Rückfrage zur Montage wurde sehr nett geholfen. Aus meiner Sicht ist die Montageanleitung bzw. unterstützende Videos noch ausbaufähig. Die Fotos in der Anleitung sind z.B. nicht sehr hilfreich. Alles in allem aber eine Empfehlung!

Due to a few hiccups along the way I have given 4 stars. Communication was an issue in areas but they followed up with outstanding customer service once they eventually had the bike in stock.

Good and fast information from start to finish, even through the website's chat feature. No problems with order or shipping of a bike from Rotterdam to Sweden. Reasonable prices and low shipping fees. Would definitely order from these guys again!

After ordering a Marin San Quentin, the bike arrived later than I had hoped, but still in good time, although the shipment from the Netherlands to England was lacking in essential components, meaning the product was out of service for a few days. Following this, the bike has not been formatted to English standard, only to that of Europe; which has the levers switched the wrong way around, this is an easy task with massive benefits to the customer, anything less I would consider lazy. Furthermore once adjusting to the lever orientation (as I am not an engineer and cannot modify hydraulics myself), I have found the bike does not stay in 4th or 5th gear properly, switching between the two with no warning. Now all bikes are delayed for roughly 24hrs in order for a SimpleBikeStore technician to calibrate the entire bike professionally, as it is, as I would describe, a professional bike and needs proper calibration as it is a difficult task. Needless to say the product itself is amazing, and Marin know how to make a bike. But the service I received was sub-par. tl/dr -Wrong lever orientation -Gears not calibrated properly -Bike arrived missing crucial components

Really helpful staff, even thought they were rushed off their feet with bike orders they were good at communicating and really helped me choose the right size frame. I had talked to several other internet bike shops and none had been anywhere near as helpful.
