Very helpful advice combined with good and speedy delivery to London

Found the bike I wanted which was out of stock everywhere else, I was surprised that it arrived in just a few days (had expected more delays due to COVID-19) and the delivery tracking information was excellent. Informative emails are nice and cute too.

What more can I say!

I’ve been after the Pelago Brooklyn in Kaisla colour for ages and out of stock everywhere. Found it by chance on the Simple Bike Store and was so happy to receive it quickly with cheap overseas shipping. Unfortunately it did arrive a little damaged (small dent and scrape to the frame) - this looked from the box to have happened in transit. However, my email was quickly answered and a fair discount was swiftly processed. Great experience and so happy with my new wheels. Thanks so much!

Like rest of the world during COVID-19 I was looking for a bike. I wanted a specific State model that was sold out everywhere in the US. Contacted customer service ahead of time about a couple models. They responded immediately with really helpful and accurate information. Placed an order with a smooth ordering process. Delivery time was decent considering the times we are in now and shipping to the US. When I checked in on the progress there was an immediate update provided. Bike arrived in flawless condition and rides like a dream. Would recommend to anyone.

Building my bike (and my husbands!) with these guys was an actual dream come true. I had a photo of my perfect bike i had been dying to have for YEARS now and they made it come to life! The bike I ordered (Ridgeback Expedition) is absolutely sick, and got delivered quite fast taking the covid be into account! Also the best customer service I have ever had... Even on Sundays and holidays my questions were answered within 30 minutes. I wouldn't buy from anywhere else anymore. Big up to the team!

I had some questions before buying my bike and the answers were always quick and helpful. The bike I wanted wasn't in stock so they even arranged for the manufacturer to send it directly to me to save a little bit of time. I had some hesitations about buying a bike online but it was all pretty smooth and I've just got back from an awesome ride :)

Easy to navigate the website - decent price. Given the current crisis the product arrived in ok timing. Five stars would come from better upfront information on the delay to be expected.
