Det tog 11 dage at få pakken frem; lang tid. Vi bestilte 17/3 og først den 25/3 fik vi en track&trace; også lang tid at vente på den. Produktet, Chrome shorts, var desværre fejlbehæftet, men vi vælger at tage dem til en syerske hellere end at returnere og få et par nye.

Excellent follow up - I got called by a coworker because something was on backorder, it was around christmas, so they wanted to sort things out for me and make sure I was comfortable. Delivery was good and I could track the whole package along the way. All in all I am very fond of the shopping, ordering and follow-up.

heheh, tough one here... If there's one point of improvement. That would be - in my case: I'm a big fan of Chrome Industries. In fact I have made several purchases already and I own quite some stuff from this brand, but ever since they decided to close off their European Hub and ship everything from the US, it has been a pain paying up these import taxes... - ... well that would be: offering the same stuff as the official Chrome industries webstore has. (like the most up-to-date catalogue) But honestly, I can live with what's here now. Just waiting for your catalogue to play catch up :)
