Thank you for your review! There where no information on our web site that bike will be delivered assembled! It was 90% assembled and only pedals should be installed plus handlebar should be straightened and it was ready to go. Besides that bike was listed on our web site as Backorder (Backorders takes 4 - 9 days as mentioned on our site while ordering). Order was delivered within 8 days. Still hope you are satisfied with your purchase. SBS Team
