I am sorry that the item took longer to deliver than anticipated but item was backorder with notification that it can take around 4 weeks to receive it. Since it was during the holidays time many brands have been facing the higher demand, also being closed for holidays period and there has been delivery delays as well by the forwarders plus the items you ordered had to be imported from USA and it took longer in customs - therefore we did not meet the delivery deadline which we admit. All that in combination resulted in the delay which was out of our hands and we are really sorry for that.
In the situation like this you could apply for the refund and we would have issue a full refund for the order. I know it was not the perfect situation but we delivered the goods as soon as we received them from the manufacturer.
I hope we can make it up for you another time.
