Dear Leonid, I am sorry that the item took longer to deliver than anticipated but item was backorder with notification that it can take around 4 weeks to receive it. Since it was during the holidays time many brands have been facing the higher demand, also being closed for holidays period and there has been delivery delays as well by the forwarders plus the items you ordered had to be imported from USA and it took longer in customs - therefore we did not meet the delivery deadline which we admit. All that in combination resulted in the delay which was out of our hands and we are really sorry for that. In the situation like this you could apply for the refund and we would have issue a full refund for the order. I know it was not the perfect situation but we delivered the goods as soon as we received them from the manufacturer. I hope we can make it up for you another time. Simple Bike Store Team

Besides that the tools are not painted so that makes it little bit confusing. Therefore would have been nice to reach out to us and provide some images of the packaging and the issue itself so we can understand what has happened to it. Without any visual evidence it is very sad to see 2* review and fact you don't recommend our services. We are always doing our best to satisfy customers and this is always painful to see such cases that are not clear to us ruin the true picture about the way we could try to solve the situation if something was not good.
