Almost 100% satisfied BUT for delivery in Ireland, Fastway couriers seen to have the been subcontracted. Sh't service as usual from fastway, delivered to the wrong house as usual. Use anyone else, use national post service, just don't use fastway.

Very good customer service

I placed an order for a bicycle with simple bike store +50 days ago and the website stated it to be shipping ready in 1-2 days. While I didn’t expect it be that fast this wait has been for sure something else that I imagined. While the shop has been really open about the issues concerning the delay, I feel that I’m only getting updates and answers if I’m the one asking for them. Again I understand I’m not the only customer and it’s peak season etc. Having worked customer service my self both b2c and b2b I feel that understand little too much their side also and I have tried to patient with the situation. But half of my summer has passed waiting for the bike that was supposed to be my main to be transportation and spending over 5k on it is leaving me balancing with the review that I’m leaving or would I reorder from them. I’ve still not received the bike or the tracking number of the shipment.. + good prices and offers + helpful and open staff when gotten hold of

Ik had bijna een 10 gegeven, alleen de levertijd klopte niet en daar kwam ik pas achter toen ik de tracking link kreeg

Everything worked out well. Sending the bike took couple of days but I was warned about delays and customer service replied with speed and kindness even to my most stupid questions.

Had some initial issues getting the item to ship, but the customer service team were incredibly helpful and ensured that everything was sorted and that my purchase was delivered on time.

I asked for quick support /delivery because a fault of my own - and Martin was there for me - brilliant job he did.

I got friendly and valuable help selecting the right bike accessories. The buying and paying procedure was simple and hassle-free, and the items were delivered quickly.

Op de website zou het product op voorraad zijn echter duurde het bijna 2 weken voordat de goederen geleverd werden. Enige communicatie hierover zou prettig geweest zijn. Alles is uiteindelijk in één pakket in de juiste de juiste kleuren geleverd. Goede prijs betaald voor de goederen maar bezorgkosten, voor slechts een brievenbus stuk (€9,85) wel erg hoog!

Delivery speed was reasonable - bike arrived in top condition. Some simple setup and it was ready to go. Really happy with it. By far the best choice and value of any store in Europe that I was able to find.
