I bought the Woom bike for my kid in this store. Ordered it online with a special winter sale discount. I was not able to pick up the bike within a week and that was not a problem, also I asked last minute (Friday morning) to assemble the bike to be able to pick it up after 18.00h and that was no problem either. Great service; nice people!

The price for the Unagi model one E500 was attractive so that was the reason why I chose this company. When I received it, the wheels were dirty, the electric scooter showed some signes of use. The company informed me when posting this review that the scooter was on display and was not used. Which is fine with me. Also the assembly tool was missing from the box. Overall, I am pleased with the purchase. Very good price and the scooter is good quality. The company should pay more attention to details and it will be fine.

Also the assembly tool was missing from the box. I kept it because of the cost of transport and also the good price of acquisition. It is a second hand electric scooter advertised as new.

De bestelde fiets was niet in voorraad. De firma heeft me correct verder geïnformeerd. Uiteindelijk is hij ruim voor hun verwachtte datum toegekomen.
Die Webseite zeigte mein Fahrrad, lieferbar mit 10 Tagen Lieferzeit, obwohl es zu dem Zeitpunkt eine Lieferzeit von 3 Monaten hatte - das erfuhr ich aber erst nach dem Kauf. Bei meinem Versuch die Bestellung darauf hin zu stornieren war Simple Bike alles Andere als Kooperativ. Hier muß man das „Kleingedruckte“ und die Vertragsbedingungen bis ins kleinste lesen. Der Abbruch eines Kaufes oder das Rücksenden eines Fahrrades ist mit erheblichen Kosten verbunden - das habe ich bei keinem anderen Fahrradhändler erlebt. Ein Fahrrad würde ich in diesem Shop nicht mehr kaufen und auch niemandem empfehlen. Am Ende verlängerte der Hersteller die Lieferzeit noch eimal erheblich, das teilte mir diesmal jedoch ein freundlicher und kooperativer Mitarbeiter mit, und so fanden wir auch eine Lösung und ich bekam doch noch mein Fahrrad. Fazit - schlechte Website mit falschen Informationen, ungünstige Vertragsbedingungen, etwas größeres als eine Luftpumpe würde ich in diesem Store nicht mehr kaufen.

You have placed pre-order for the bike - it was not bike from stock and it was clearly mentioned on the product description and besides that you could not purchase it from us without agreeing that this is pre-order and agreeing to terms and conditions regarding the cancelation of it. Other than that after your order was placed you changed the size of the bike which we kindly accepted by communicating this with manufacturer. If there is delay from the manufacturers side we do all we can to make sure that desired item is delivered as soon as possible but given the fact this brand was based in UK we had to deal with import procedures due to Brexit and it is out of our hands to push the customs clearance or other processes to happen faster once there is 3rd party involved. I admit that the there was few weeks delay of your bike but at the end we could deliver the size you wanted, not the size you pre-ordered in few days from the moment we got it from the manufacturer. We are not delaying the order fulfilment on purpose. But terms and conditions are there to protect both sides as nowadays people tend to change their mind but if pre-order is placed we can't cancel the pre-orders we place at manufacturer. In case each person changes their mind we are left with the bike we don't need and that is why you have options to purchase the bikes that are available from stock right away. Simple Bike Store Team

Very good and prompt communication. When I sent the pre-order email for the Marin Four Corners L size, I had the luck that a previous order was cancelled by someone else so I got it pretty fast. Delivery with DHL took about 5 days but I was allways up to date with tracking.
All issues managed with regular communication.
Bought few of the bicycle accessories and parts for my fixie in this store and guys were really helpful.

I found their store because they were Marin bikes dealer. It was my first time coming across them. I ordered the bike. There was a delay, but I got the status of the order as soon as I asked. When the bike arrived, it had a manufacturing defect on the crankset, and there was an issue to be resolved. I contacted them with a detailed description of the problem and they guided me through process. They contacted Marin bikes, and the issue was resolved - no problem. The customer support was amazing (I interacted with emails signed by Martin). There was a bit of a delay, as is to be expected with all email communication, but they had a solution for that. During the work hours, they have a live chat on their website where all of my questions were answered really fast. And to conclude, I would recommend SimpleBikeStore.eu gladly!

Ordered a kids bike from them to India. The whole communication process on mail was very easy with prompt replies made it more convenient. They gave the best shipping rates. Bike was delivered in flat 10days. Definitely ordering more bike stuffs in the future from them.

I ordered a bike at this store and what really stands out is the quick response you get when you have any questions. The whole ordering and shipping process of the bike also went very smootly. The shipment itself was delayed quite a bit (at the transport side), but also there the customer service stepped in to answer any questions I had. The bike itself arrived in great shape and looks fantastic!
