4 star given because there were a few hiccups with the bike I purchased not being available after payment and the condition received. The did get it to me, sent some personalized emails over their holiday break and finally got me the bike. I was however missing two bolts for the front mud guard and the box was banged up. I bought a bike online before that was better packaged. The wheel axles had made holes big enough to put your hand inside. So I think DHL may have been rough but packaging a heavy city bike should have more packing material inside. Despite this I only noticed very minor scratches on the chrome skewer bolts. I really like the bike. I will need to throw away the bike box, it can’t be used again. I haven’t contacted the company about the missing bolts yet

So I ordered my bike and the delivery time was said to be 2 - 5 days. It was delivered to my door after 3 weeks. The reason for that was that I ordered it in November and the company offered some nice % of discount. So they had a lot of orders to treat. Communication via chat and email was good. I got all my requests answered, even if it took a few days, again I guess they had a lot of communication to answer. All in all I am very satisfied and I can recommend this shop to anyone.

Well unfortunately I don’t speak Dutch But the team is really great …I had a problem to get the bike directly and they keep till it would be possible for me to receive it at home For the rest very very friendly Top !

During the purchase of the bike and after sending goods to my address all the information where available, and bike arrived in mint condition. Delivery time was on time, as promised.

I ordered a bike from their shop, during a crazy discount day and I was so happy about it. Unfortunately, there was a small issue and the wrong size was sent. This was particularly painful considering I live in Switzerland and shipments and customs are always a bit tricky. Nevertheless, I had been in contact almost daily with the customer support, they would call me, updated on the status of the matter and found the best solution to fix the problem. I think mistakes happens, what matters most is how you handle them, and I must say, they did a wonderful job. Bike-wise, it arrived in perfect conditions, everything was already built for me.
