SBS was the only place in Europe which had the Marin MTB I had my heart set on. They were better than competitively priced, the item was shipped quickly and safely arrived in the UK a few days later. It was well packaged and I could not be happier with my new bike!

Ondanks expliciete vermelding 'geen wide' board toch wide board verstuurd. Pas artikel verstuurd na insturen van een ticket. Wel netjes opgepakt en direct actie ondernomen. Daarnaast dacht ik in Rotterdam te bestellen maar het kwam uit Riga (kon ik nergens uit opmaken). Wel netjes afgeleverd!

We have very good experience with bungi bungi bikes. We had one 20” bike, and now also second one, which is 24” . The bikes are very good , high quality and weight is very low. Delivery was pretty quick, and customer service just excellent.

The team was very helpful and answered to several questions. The delivery was on-time and the bicycle was well packaged and no damage observed. Overall experience very positive.

I found Simple Bike Store because they offered a number of products I couldn't find anywhere else. Had some questions about my order and got a very fast and very helpful response from customer service. Recommend!

Only thing I personally don't like is the 5% restocking fee, and even more on some other products.

Was very happy to find a bike rack that I thought initially would be hard to find. It was at competitive price and with very reasonable shipping costs to be sent internationally. Received rolling updates and excellent customer service.

I ordered a small rack. And their response was very gentle and polite. I got very carefully packed luggage from Netherlands to Japan within 10 days. Everything was great.

The service was great, they called me when they did not have the bike I ordered in the right colour to ask wether I would like to wait or get one in a different colour. Then the delivery arrived swiftly and just as discussed. Would definitely order from them again.
