I placed the Order # 1600002031 on 16th Jan. 2020. I received the following information from PostNL: On 29th Jan 2020: "Shipment not delivered. Addressee not present" without any card providing contact information of the local agents, in order to claim my parcel. The advise of PostNL for such cases is: contact seller", which I did. Since then I have sent 2 e-mails to: [email protected] (on 04th Feb. 2020 and on 06th Feb. 2020) asking for assistance in order to locate my parcel, and advise on how to claim it AND I HAVE RECEIVED NO REPLY SO FAR !!! The parcel is paid therefore I demand a reply from cowparade.eu. Otherwise I will have to claim money refund.

Le produit est tout à fait conforme à mes attentes. Très beau et bien emballé. J’avais déjà commandé plusieurs fois et j’ai toujours été satisfaite. Cette fois ci la livraison a été faite par Chronopost. J’ai reçu une notifia cation de livraison pour le lundi entre 8h et 18h. Je suis donc restée chez moi pour attendre mais n’ai pas eu de livraison. J’ai suivi ma livraison sur le site de Chronopost et j’ai vu qu’ils l’avait reportée au le demain. Toujours entre 8h et 18h. J’ai pu joindre leur centre d’appel par téléphone après 14 minutes d’attente pour demander un créneau horaire et ne pas rester une autre journée bloquée chez moi. On m’a répondu que ce n’était pas possible. Le lendemain toujours pas de livraison. Et cela s’est répété tous les jours jusqu’au vendredi ! Je suis très mécontente du service de Chronopost. Je vous suggère de changer de prestataire car il ternit votre réputation et la satisfaction de vos clients.
