Totally unresponsive when there's a problem with my order
I placed an order for some film with Grobet, and received the order last Thursday. One of the films I received is already out of date by one month, so I used their contact form to ask if they can send me a replacement film that is within date. It is now Monday and I haven't had any answer from them. I also used their email address directly, in case this would elicit a quicker response - but so far, nothing. The only communication I've had from Grobet is this email asking me to post a review for them, so that's why I'm writing this negative review (otherwise I would not bother!).
