I ordered a water temperature sender for an Iseki diesel. The one that was sent did not look the same as the old one but the thread was the same. I tried it, it fits but does not register on the dashboard gauge. I contacted TracPartz using their messaging portal on the website. No response. So I am stuck with the wrong item, no assistance, tractor still out of action. Very disappointing for my first ever order, I will not use them again.

Excellent purchasing experience and delivery. Disappointed with the end product. (cylinder head for D1503 engine) On receipt I discovered there was no holes drilled for the rocker cover? Should of returned but didn't want the hassle. Drilled and tapped the m6 holes myself. I thrust his was n error in manufacturing? If yes it should of been picked up on in quality control?

Sadly FedEx lost the package I contacted TracPartz after my order tracking had not moved for a number of days and FedEx were of no help whatsoever. Suzanne, an absolute marvel, not only took ownership of the issue but within an hour of receiving my query had acknowledged my email, contacted FedEx and requested an investigation and informed me of her actions. Within another 2 hours Suzanne informed me that FedEx reported the package lost and that she was arranging a reshipment of the item immediately. I received the reshipment this morning, 3 working days later!! Not only must I congratulate TracPartz for empowering their team to take ownership of a problem but also for employing Suzanne. Maybe I have just been unlucky but I have never had such a fast, professional and communicative response when dealing with a problem as I have from Suzanne. Suzanne you are wonderful!!

Leider hat der Motor nicht gepasst, aber wir haben die Gesamte Summe inkl. Versandspesen problemlos zurückerstattet bekommen und auch der Transport wurde von der Firma übernommen. Nur zu empfehlen. Sobald wir wieder was brauchen.
