Order part for Iseki mower on Tuesday 3rd. Choose TracPartz because it advertised 2 to 4 day delivery. Today is day 8 and the tracking system.....which has not changed in 5 days. This was a time sensitive order for us to fix our mower, so we can leave the area for 3 months. Of course, we are stuck now until the part arrives....and we do not know when that will be.....and nor does TracPartz. Not good enough!

Good parts, fitted well and got my Iseki running again

Plenty of information on the website to make sure you are getting the correct part. Very good at keeping you informed on the process of your delivery. Postage time for me was less than 5 days even though coming overseas. Custom charges/vat were not nice, but that’s the stupid UK government! I would definitely purchase here again.
