Hello, as also stated in the email of 09-12-2025; On May 1st €182.69 was transferred back to your credit card. the difference per payment method how long it often takes for the amount to actually be on the account! credit card is on 5-7 working days so should be on it any moment! Hallo Dirk, Wij hebben op 15 april jl contact met elkaar gehad dat wij een onderzoek hebben gestart bij DPD. Dit duurt 3-5 werkdagen voor we hier antwoord van hebben. Helaas begrijp ik dat u hier niet op wil of kan wachten. Wij zijn niet bij macht om hier sneller op te kunnen reageren omdat we afhankelijk zijn van DPD en hun inzichten. We zullen u de order nogmaals opsturen, graag hoop ik dat u contact met ons opneemt als het andere pakket binnen is gekomen zodat dit terug naar ons kan komen. Team TracPartz
