I have not received my part. UPS said they delivered it to me, but I didn't get it. I will be in contact with ups today to find out what happened with my delivery. This is on ups, not you. Hope to resolve this issue soon. Thank you for doing your part.

I'm Really impressed with the service from TacPartz. After trying to source parts for my Kubota Compact Tractor locally in Australia and not having much luck. I decided to do a quick google search and found TracPartz. Very easy to use their website that clearly show pictures of the parts, prices and shipping calculator at checkout very helpful. I Ordered and paid for the parts on a Monday and Items were shipped same day. Box Arrived in Australia on Thursday via UPS. Wow that was pretty quick the parts arrived here in 4 days !!!! Nice big box with all the parts neatly placed inside with perforated carboard packing to protect the items during shipping. Very happy keep up the good work at TracPartz. I will definitely be coming back to you for more parts in the near future!!

My tractor parts purchasing experience was awesome, better than I hoped for. First they had a difficult part to find in stock. 2nd it was half the price of the only other one I could find. And 3rd they had it on my doorstep in 3 days, this is no small feat considering I live in rural Canada and they shipped from Netherlands. Simply amazing.

+ First time customer for Tracpartz. The item handling and delivery was fast, and I received all the tracking codes etc. immediately after the shipment was made, so I could easily see where the package was on its way. - The site definitely needs some kind of parts checkup filters and advanced search options, currently it is a disaster! For example if you search for "Yanmar" you end up receiving page after page some filter sets that doesn't even fit Yanmars nor have any text related to Yanmar and still being shown in the search results, for example: https://www.tracpartz.com/filterset-shibaura-p-gt-ford-gt-lgt.html - Product pricing should be with VAT included (or you could select if you're a b2b or b2c customer which determines which pricing is showcased) - Few more efficient payment methods could be added. Also Paypal adds a +2.9% payment fee for the total order amount. - UPS shipment fee was quite costly (especially if ordering low cost items, in my case the shipment was around 12€ in 63€ order

Not an easy replacement part to find for my old Yanmar Tractor but Tracpartz delivered an almost identical unit but updated . And it was delivered by UPS in 3 days to England. Now all I need is an English Language copy of the Yanmar Owners Manual , now apparently unobtainable .
