Goods arrived promptly, packaging excellent, will use your services again. However you should review the delivery company used by you in Ireland. The company dropped off package at my front gate, beside roadway, left it exposed to rain etc, and theft, and not deliver to my front door, nor did they informed me that they had dropped off package at front gate.

I ordered around 11 am one day, and received my part at 1:15 the next day, No dramas .

I want to mention the help I received when calling the technical line. Although not English he was able to help me in my own language. He was so helpful and gave me a lot of advice. I was also impressed with his knowledge of details of my small kubota engine. He suggested that he would go measure the parts and confirm they would fit my engine. I called back 20 minutes later and he provided all the measurements to confirm they would fit. To the management. He is the guy who is retiring in the near future. You should ensure a big party for him and he will be difficult to replace. John Burke.

The website is great although more detailed product description would help as I've bought multiple items trying to get the correct part. When a question is asked regarding part details not included on your webpage a link to the part in question is not helpful. Your packing is ample to good, speed processing orders is excellent as is the freight company which gets it half way around the world in one fifth of the time Australia post take to cover the last 240km to our nearest collection point 45km away, however a cheaper freight option would be nice for non urgent deliveries. Postage from Australia to you when I checked on collection of my parcel is way less than what I pay you.

Good range of products , I did have problems at checkout with the payment gateway for cards , but it was worth trying again and again , and the premium % extra to pay with cards would have put me off if I could have got the products elsewhere
