Easy to use front end web site. I found the parts I needed via the equipment dropdown search function. Payment functionality process not as straight forward as some other sites I have used. Good e-mail communication throughout the order placement and fulfilment process. Good delivery lead time. The only negative aspect was that one of the fuel filters was an incorrect size, despite using the correct equipment search function. I would certainly use them again.

Shipping was very fast and parts was as described and packaged well

I bought parts and was hit by extra import charges by their courier UPS. These are applicable for non EU purchases purchased via EU into UK (complicated). None of this was explained before. I questioned this, got a curt response which blamed me for the UK leaving the EU! I then asked to cancel the order but was denied. I could have ordered via an EU associate if I'd known. Terrible customer service.

Pleased with my first dealing

I am in the UK and ordered a new head gasket for my Kubota tractor on Saturday to be delivered by Express Saver. It arrived on Tuesday via UPS. Excellent service.

Easy trustworthy prompt

I purchased a water pump for an Iseki tractor which was dispatched quickly and very reasonably priced. Unfortunately after a few months it developed a leak. I reported this to TracPartz and they replaced it immediately. I could not ask for better customer service and would highly recommend them in the future.

I needed some parts for my hinomoto and was pleased to find them here at very reasonable prices - make sure you allow for VAT to be charged when you get the delivery if you are in the UK.

It is the first time I have used you and have no complaints about you only thing was we had a delivery date and time from ups so waited in all day and they didn't turn up but overall satisfied with your company and products thanks again mark
