Non original document received

I have ordered an official Kubota parts manual and received a bad quality copy with a huge watermark TracPartz on EACH page

We understand your point. However, we do not mention anywhere that this is an original book, this is also no longer available. As for the watermark, I definitely agree with you that it is too big.
