Parts where delivered to Australia with no delay

I ordered a complete exhaust set for my tractor, when the parts arrived they did not fit the manifold. I raised a question with customer service and they confirmed the parts would not fit my tractor, despite being advertised as a fit for my tractor. The parts did arrive quickly and they are good quality, but just do not fit my tractor.

I ordered an exhuast for a Satoh S370D, that was impossible to find in the USA. One email to them and they confirmed it was the correct part. Placed the order and it was delivered very quickly, and fit exactly as they stated. I will be placing additional orders through them soon, even with international shipping fees they still have better prices than here (if you even find the parts in the US). Thank you all very much! needed part in a hurry and this was the only place that was showing the part. Ordered 14.00, was in my hand 10.00 next morning in the UK.

TrackPartz is perfect. But why you only offer to ship by UPS I don't get. UPS equals a lot of spend time for receiver. So just for your chose of UPS I will always prefer to shop elsewhere. When ordering the cheapest delivery option was not possible so I was forced to pay 16€ for a delivery that will end up in pick-up shop because I can't be home and UPS system fall when I want to accept delivery to my mailbox without signature. It would be so easy for you to get a 5 star rating. Just drop UPS
