Outstanding in all aspects

I have ordered different items few weeks back. The order went very smooth and easy. Dispatch and Delivery were beyond my expectation fast and effective. My second experience was 3 days back were I realised that I have ordered the wrong item ( wrong reference number). When I called the company they were very friendly and they gave the option to return the money or to correct the order. I was really an excellent experience for me as a customer.
