All came quickly, with no issues at all; A great honor to deal with professionals.

Really top notch quality new seat. Very impressed with service, speed and delivery and a great price.

I order from here often; good selection and fast delivery.

I have ordered in mistake a 9 teeth 12 V Starter Motor instead a 11 teeth Starter. The Team solved it perfect

100% satisfaction.

Everything came on time and is described

After hour upon hour of searching other sites, I finally found the part here, exactly what I was looking for! Thankfully someone has the good sense to stock parts for older machinery Well done TracPartz

Bra service och snabb leverans

I ordered a water temperature sender for an Iseki diesel. The one that was sent did not look the same as the old one but the thread was the same. I tried it, it fits but does not register on the dashboard gauge. I contacted TracPartz using their messaging portal on the website. No response. So I am stuck with the wrong item, no assistance, tractor still out of action. Very disappointing for my first ever order, I will not use them again.

Noch nicht eingebaut, macht aber einen guten Eindruck das Kit.

Purchased a kubota tractor rad and it arrived well packaged and promptly. Will use this company again.

Two items ordered at different times recently and both received in good time and efficiently dispatched.

I am satisfied.

Very fast delivery of parts that are high quality

Pièces est confirme à ce qui est vendu, de bonne qualité, expédition rapide, merci

Excellent purchasing experience and delivery. Disappointed with the end product. (cylinder head for D1503 engine) On receipt I discovered there was no holes drilled for the rocker cover? Should of returned but didn't want the hassle. Drilled and tapped the m6 holes myself. I thrust his was n error in manufacturing? If yes it should of been picked up on in quality control?

Sadly FedEx lost the package I contacted TracPartz after my order tracking had not moved for a number of days and FedEx were of no help whatsoever. Suzanne, an absolute marvel, not only took ownership of the issue but within an hour of receiving my query had acknowledged my email, contacted FedEx and requested an investigation and informed me of her actions. Within another 2 hours Suzanne informed me that FedEx reported the package lost and that she was arranging a reshipment of the item immediately. I received the reshipment this morning, 3 working days later!! Not only must I congratulate TracPartz for empowering their team to take ownership of a problem but also for employing Suzanne. Maybe I have just been unlucky but I have never had such a fast, professional and communicative response when dealing with a problem as I have from Suzanne. Suzanne you are wonderful!!

Living in rural Portugal getting parts for your older tractor can be tough… We’ve used TracPartz services on several occasions & been extremely happy with the friendly fast advice & parts for our tractor arrived in good time . Any problems have been resolved immediately.

VERY CONVENIENT

I was not sure where to get parts for my Iseki tractor until I found TracPartz. It was easy to find the correct part and place the order. Parts arrived quickly and I was able to use the tractor again within hours. Good range, good prices, good communication throughout the process.

Leider hat der Motor nicht gepasst, aber wir haben die Gesamte Summe inkl. Versandspesen problemlos zurückerstattet bekommen und auch der Transport wurde von der Firma übernommen. Nur zu empfehlen. Sobald wir wieder was brauchen.
