The Order arrived on time as expected due to regular tracking updates via email. The Item I bought was a quality Item and was packaged in a box with additional padding to ensure there was no damage when it arrived to me in the UK. TracPartz was the only place that stocked the part I needed, the descriptions and compatibility data was great, but the part is held up in UPS customs clearance. Probably no one's fault, but it's not a great situation for the end customer.

I couldn’t find a head gasket for my Massey compact tractor anywhere in the US. None available from Agco. The part number came up on Tracpartz website. I ordered online on a Saturday morning knowing they were probably closed for the weekend. The part was shipped Monday and I received it Wednesday. The price including shipping was much lower than the last price shown from Agco. Very happy with Tracpartz service.

Information on parts excellent. Distribution- Left quickly - UPS - delay for delivery Fri - tracking moved to Mon - notified - collected. Well packaged - on opening water pump, no gasket disappointed as had to source elsewhere

Simple and straightforward

Easy to find the part I wanted on the site, and order, used the ups deliver to a store, which was cheaper, and meant u didn't have to hang around all day for the delivery.

I needed a part for my Yanmar tractor and I had it whit me in only two days.

I googled water pump for Bolens Iseki G294 tractor and sent emails throughout Australia, UK, USA and Europe. No one had one except Tracpartz. Put the order in, paid via Pay Pal and BANG!!!!!!!! 6 days later I was taking the pump out of the box in Australia. WELL DONE TACPARTZ!!!!!!

Website was mismarked so I received wrong parts…they took them back full refund and paid the shipping. I will be back again
