Easy purchase but delivery cost a little over the top

After much frustration trying and no luck getting details from TracPartz to ensure I got the right parts, I gave up and just ordered a bunch of expensive parts in the hope some would fit. The order was processed and sent very quickly at WAY OVER normal postage cost. Only 10 days later and a 70km drive I collected the parcel from the post office. I did get some parts that fit : ) some that don't and I'm back to searching for the rest. Tracpartz do have a good, easy to use website with many hard to find parts including photographs of the parts in stock and prices.

In eerste instantie werd het onderdeel niet geleverd omdat het verzensadres niet volledig was ingevuld. Vervelend dat dit mogelijk is. Normaal log ik in als vaste klant en dan gebeurt dit niet. Tweede keer is het pakketje met het juiste adres wel de volgende dag bezorgd. Ik moest hier wel een nieuwe bestelling voor plaatsen en betalen. Bij een klein bedrag als waar het nu om ging is dat niet zo erg, maar bij een bestelling waar meer geld mee gemoeid is is dat natuurlijk niet de oplossing.

Rok temu kupowałem uszczelkę pod głowicę. Byłem i jestem z zakupu zadowolony - towar taki jak w ofercie. Teraz kupowałem uszczelniacze do zwrotnic. Na zdjęciach w ofercie były dokładnie takie, jakich potrzebowałem: wielowargowe zintegrowane z simmeringiem. Przysłano mi zwykły simmering a nie uszczelniacz. Wymiary główne właściwe, ale towar zupełnie inny. Muszę ten towar odesłać. I teraz mam uczucia mieszane...

My parcel was delivered very fast!

Easy to use front end web site. I found the parts I needed via the equipment dropdown search function. Payment functionality process not as straight forward as some other sites I have used. Good e-mail communication throughout the order placement and fulfilment process. Good delivery lead time. The only negative aspect was that one of the fuel filters was an incorrect size, despite using the correct equipment search function. I would certainly use them again.
