Great service & support

With a wide range of parts on offer via the online catalog and the prompt customer support when asking questions & advice, I would not hesitate to use TracPartz in the future. The only improvement I would like to see is the option to have a an economy option for international delivery. when ordering small parts this does increase the costs somewhat. Although I have to say the delivery was prompt and I received my parts in just a few days. Otherwise 1st class service. Thank you.

Unfortunately, we cannot change that and we cannot indicate in advance how much this is per order, that is not something we determine ourselves, but customs in England.
