I believe that my experience was slightly marred by the slight damage to the Exhaust outlet rim which unfortunately had cut its way out of the packaging and struck something. This could have been an error in packaging style or miss handling by UPS. My experience with UPS generally has not been a great one. Temp staff and all that! I am experienced in delicate mail order packing. I would have packed the exhaust pipe end on the inside not near the outside and cardboard cap wrapped it.

I’ve a 1970 Yanmar 1700 and needed a starter motor ASAP. TracPartz didn’t let me down, received parcel a day early! Also, they have a great return policy which helped as no other sites suggested Yanmar 1700 starter motors and I was worried it might not fit. But all fitted and starting like sports car. Excellent service to Northern Ireland post Brexit.

Tracpartz provided the service they promised. will definately order from you again however, UPS courier service has failed to deliver the parcel 5 days after placing original order. I am still waiting to here from them as to when the delivery will happen. Their customer service failed to return my call asking about delivery and tracking info only says rescheduled delivery when no delivery attempt has taken place anyway. I am very dissapointed with the service from UPS and they are ruining what was an excellent service from yourselves. Not happy as paid for next day delivery service.

Thankyou for my order of a kubota lift pump the service was excellent with very good delivery service unfortunately when I place the order the website listing said this was a kubota manufactured part however this wasn't the case and whilst this part functions perfectly and met my needs this was the reason for 4 stars and not 5 Many thanks Steve
