I telephoned the TracPartz and spoke to a very informative female who, after taking my requirements, which was to replace a radiator for my Yanmar 2020 tractor. I was also informed that the radiator would be shipped from Holland to the UK and would arrive within 48 hours (Wednesday to Friday). To be honest, I was not expecting the radiator to be delivered so quickly, but it did arrive on the day that the stated it would. TracPartz's online ordering service was easy to operate and the list of radiator sections was clear and concise. When my radiator was delivered to my home, it was packaged securely and looked in good condition. TracPartz certainly are good company for plant and equipment parts, as I could not source the radiator within the UK, as my tractor appears to have been an imported vehicle. Well done TracPartz, I certainly will be using your services in the near future if parts are needed again.

TracPartz have always been helpful but this time I was looking for a replacement for an ignition key that was bending and would eventually be useless. The important bit was identifying whether my ignition was the original or not and they asked for photographs of key and ignition. All sorted.

Fast delivery

Please please please use DHL instead of UPS. They held my shipment in Dubai since 04/09/2020 til today. Usually i apply my overseas parts by DHL from China & Germany only take 3 days to deliver. Thank you
