The fact that it was a second hand water pump was not mentionned anywhere (still better than nothing anyway) I was expecting the outside gasket to be provided too since it was mentionned "with gasket" Overall : mixed experience, pretty good to get that part in even if it is a second hand one but it would be great to know it in advance to avoid being desapointed at reception

extremely expensive delivery, no cheaper option, then delivery took much longer than website promise and only one of 2 items in delivery. I used you because i need my tractor to work urgently, now i have a big problem

Excellent delivery and communication

After a few emails parts were found and delivered in a few days. This when everything is on lock down due to the corona virus. Will definitely use them again and will pass their website on to friends.

First time I used your website and service. Was quite happy about it. No delay in the delivery. Apparently (not installed yet) no problme with the part. One "problem". I must admit I don't like when I get to the pay area in the websites and find I have to pay an extra 3.5% (or whatever %). This might be very misleading as I have a value in my head and the final value is always different. I understand you can't do much about this but certainly is something that bugs me.
