I got my order faster then I thought I would and products have a great quality.

Duidelijke website, vlotte afrekening en snelle levering.

A company with high-quality products and a wide range. Good prices.

I've always received superb service from Eastern Trading - the range and prices are excellent and a bit of a godsend for businesses like mine. Also, they often respond to emails very personally and specifically which is helpful. A great company.

Always good to get my stock in when I need it

everything is ok

They are good but the delivery and preparation fo the order takes enormously long time. Also they don’t have item number so that one can check with the packing list.

I have been using Eastern Trading regularly for almost a year now - the service has been consistently excellent and the personal attention and care shown when answering emails is exemplary. The range of incense they stock is well-chosen and impressive. I have no hesitation in recommending Eastern Trading.

After receiving my order, it seemed they made a mistake at ET. After contactng the customer service, it was nicely solved. Quick dispatch and lovely smelling boxes.
