I wish I could give you a better review - other than a fast shipping within the EU, none of the other wholesalers I've worked with had such poor protection of the goods, not to mention the box that was almost falling apart on arrival. The items inside were, for the most part, ok. But because they weren't protected some parts of the smudges were crumbling. I really liked, however, the quality of Palo Santo - great scent, only the size of sticks are way too small. The experience could be easily improved by adding the obligatory protection of the purchased goods, as well as free shipping within the EU after a certain amount.

I have genuinely enjoyed and valued my working relationship with Eastern Trading - they have a superb range of incense and operate with integrity, decency and friendliness. Great company - recommended.

I ordered here for the first time, to be honest it was good , although it took sometime for my order to be prepared, but I understand sometimes it can take time, the communication was excellent. There were some item missing which I reported them about, which I think was just because of a human error. Not intentional. I will keep buying from them
