I specifically asked in advance whether the items I put in the cart were definitely in stock. They said yes, and they even recommended additional products, which I also purchased. In the end, they only shipped half of my order. The service is very slow as well — after placing an order, it often takes 3–4 days before it is even dispatched. Other wholesalers are much more accurate and faster. If a product is out of stock, they clearly indicate when it will be available again, and the items listed on their website are actually in stock and available for purchase. In the meantime, they contacted me and apologized and sent the order free of postage, which was a fair addition on their part, but it is worth complaining.

Ordered 2 weeks ago, got confirmation. After that nothing.... After reaching out the problems were solved. But just a notification mail about the delay would have saved a lot of stress on both sides.

I made an order 24 of November and it arrived 8 of December. I didn't see that it said it would take that long, and missed the purpose of my order. I also contacted to see if it could be send earlier seeing that I had a deadline and thought I had been out in good time, but no.

Soms kan het pakketje wel tot 1 week of langer duren tot het word verstuurd, maar de service is echt de beste, ze staan altijd voor je klaar en als je met vragen zit dan zijn ze er voor je om te helpen. Ik zal hier zeker vaker willen bestellen, ondanks dat de pakketjes soms langer duurt tot ze aankomen, je weet in ieder geval dat alles goed is. Dankjewel voor de goede service.

Very helpful service. There went something wrong with DHL to deliver the package at my adress, Eastern trading was very helpful therefor DHL could deliver the package on time. The quality of the products is good and the delivery was complete.

Einen halben Stern Abzug gibt es, weil man Artikel bestellen kann, die es zur Zeit nicht gibt und mich das seit Jahren ärgert. Ansonsten hat sich die Firma sehr gut entwickelt und ich bin durchaus zufrieden.
