good but a few items missing and still available in onlineshop

Duidelijke website, snelle levering en producten waren naar verwachting goed.

Two items were missing from my delivery. When I contacted them via email, the money was refunded the same day, so good and quick service and beautiful products.

2 keer besteld en alle 2 de keren geen communicatie mogelijk en missende producten in de bestellingen. Wordt niet gereageerd op mailtjes, krijgt geen factuur en ook geen creditfactuur. Geen bestellingen meer voor mij bij dit bedrijf!

I love the items , and the quantity of incense, but sometimes the products of my order come to me broken or demanged very well. I would like to know how "my best" product become avaible again, it was pretty cool to have some bottom to do that. Best regads

I have some broken items.

Only the second time placing order and each time was the same- after two weeks there was no email of shipment notification so I emailed them three times for update and never got a reply. When I eventually phoned them they posted out order and almost HALF of items were not in stock. Clearly, they’ve no live stocktake system so don’t depend on receiving an item that you’ve ordered. Worst company I’ve dealt with and won’t be ordering here again.

Quick delivery and nice service!

Always we don't receive the items we order because at the check out, they are out of stock. We get refund for these items but then the shipping cost rise the total cost of the products

A good supplier.

We have dealt a few times with tbis company , any stock we purchased and was not in stock we were automaticly refunded for . Only one tiny thing as orders take about 10 days to get to us from order date to dillivery, if stock we order is not available to send us we would love to know it at least at time of you processing order which items not available so we can search other suppliers rather than awaiting box to arrive to zee whats not in it. Other than that a good company to deal with.

My last delivery was a disaster. The company has not delivered many items, whilst changing (rising) prices on the invoice compared to the order. Still waiting for the claim. After couple of days, still no response! I'm missing items for my Christmas sales campaign!
