This review is with mixed feelings. I was very satisfied with the fast shipping on my first order and also the majority of the products I received was very good and a great price. But I did receive a some crystals that arrived partly broken and also not meeting the weight of the description. I therefore send an email on the day my order arrived and attached photos of the broken parts. I didn’t hear anything back for a week and I then send a follow up email to both of the emails on their website and I still didn’t hear anything. Now it has been 2 weeks with no response. I have had to reorder the broken items as I have costumer waiting for them, but this order was placed a week ago and I can’t find any information on the order status, I hope I will hear back from them at some point.

Prompt delivery. Some items were damaged in my last order, but customer service sorted this out within a week.

Nu een stuk of 5 orders geplaatst en nooit compleet geleverd gekregen, mist altijd wel iets. Krijg dan een gratis verzendcode of een pakje wierook aangeboden maar daar kan ik niet zoveel mee. Zit sowieso altijd ver boven het gratis verzenden bedrag met bestellen. Jammer want wel leuke producten. Zou meer geld uitgeven hier als het gewoon goed zou gaan, nu ga ik toch liever elders.

Like any company should aim to do, try to match the physical stock with the online one so there is liklte discrepancy.

Eastern Trading sell a number of products at excellent prices that we can't source elsewhere. Customer service usually deal with queries in a few days. Occasionally items are out of stock when the website shows in stock. We would have given them 5 stars otherwise. Delivery speed to the UK is excellent via UPS.

Good customer service, fast shipping, and very good selection of products. Only minus is a very fluctuating warehouse inventory.
