Kan beter

Mooie producten maar helaas ging er veel mis. Levertijd ruim een week, aantal producten niet op voorraad, verkeerd product gekregen, product dat miste en ook een product kapot. Is gelukkig wel netjes opgelost. Ik ga er maar vanuit dat het een incident was ivm de drukte. Zou wel nog een x durven te bestellen omdat de producten wel van goede kwaliteit zijn.

The store does not provide transport of goods to the customer.

I made the first order and did not notice that the store does not provide transport of goods to the customer. In the UK, I buy goods from many companies and everyone arranges transport without any problems. If the store provided transportation, I would be a regular customer.

It would be even better if DPD became instead of DHL. Parcels with DPD from Holland arrive within 24 hours. With DHL it takes up to 5 days.

This coupled with the fact that the mis-sold items have not been collected and a refund issued almost 2 weeks after contacting to make a complaint.

Een echte aanrader

Zeer goede en betrouwbare verkoper, 1 min punt dat is dat er soms iets niet op voorraad is dat je wel betaalde. Maar ze zijn correct en je krijgt het direct terug betaald zonder vragen.

First order

Had to wait a week on the order. 1 Day before i got a notice that some products were sold out. Of course the items i needed most! The packing of the products could be better especially with gemstones! One of them was broken. Got my money back for that but still very dissapointed with how it was shipped. A bit of bubblewrap could've saved the stone and the rest of the order! Very hassitatent to order again here. Feels very sloppy and because of the amount you have to invest i expected more and better service.
