The company went above and beyond to help me out.

I ordered some items from the company but then got a little nervous about the shipping charges. Nhu Tran contacted me immediately Monday morning to let me know what the shipping costs would be. I went ahead with the order. I received my order in 5 days! Five days from the Netherlands to the United States, when other companies I ordered from at the same time are still processing my order. I will order from Eastern Trading again.

Amazing Service

Very quick to dispatch of my order to UK. The parcel arrived on a Saturday which was a pleasant surprise and all the items were safely packed, they emailed me to let me know one of the items was out of stock and my refund was back in my bank within a couple of days. I would recommend this company

Wij proberen de orders altijd z.s.m. te versturen en u krijgt normaal gesproken een snelle reactie op uw mail. I.v.m. de covid-maatregelen krijgen wij een beperkte voorraad binnen en zijn wij afhankelijk van de voorraad die aan ons verstrekt kan worden. Hierdoor zijn wij geforceerd om prioriteit te geven aan onze best-sellers waardoor andere producten niet bij besteld kunnen worden. Wij hopen dat deze maatregelen in de nabije toekomst minder streng worden en uw gewenste artikelen z.s.m. weer op voorraad zullen komen. Onze excuses voor dit ongemak. Dit is niet hoe wij normaliter te werk gaan. Ik heb u een mail verstuurd om een oplossing te bieden voor dit probleem en hoop u hiermee tevreden te kunnen stellen.

I am still awaiting shipping confirmation after 14 days of payment

The products look great and I am excited to try, this is why I left 3 stars, however, we still have not recieved our product or confirmation that it has shipped yet. I have emailed and contacted the company with no response yet. I look forward to trying the products with my business whenever I get them.....Please respond with our shipping information.

Gard to get in touch, no answers on emails

Tried to get hold of you twice but still no response from you? When I want to buy something that there is none in stock, an I list myself, there is no response. No mail when product is in stock again.

I never was contacted about cancelling

I saw that you were to charge nearly $100 for shipping and tried to cancel. NO REPLY. Then it appeared you don't ship to the US.

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and the fact that you did not get a reply. Due to the covid-19 measures around this time, we had less people working in the office which delayed our response time. Very good experience

It was the first time I used this company to order White Musk Incense Sticks. I was pleased to recieve the goods as I expected them in the quantity I ordered. At first, there was a restriction on the limit of the number of boxes I could order (no more than 30) - then I got intouch by email to Eastern Trading, recieved prompt response by the next working day from David .... and the limit was removed enabling me to order more. This was very good customer service. Once the DPD Security clearance was completed, I recieved the delivery within a reasonable time, I was happy with that. I'd definitely use this company again.

good but not excellent

I really love the quantity and the quality of incense stock, cones, stuff for incens, my customer really really love it! The smell are very good and the price too. But te comunication with the store are very bad, sometimes take weeks for a text back. The packaging of the goods could be better, I often get broken goods, or wet goods.
