In several cases, products purchased in the webshop are not available. The price of all ordered products will be deducted in case of ordering and the overpaid amount will be returned to the account after days. The missing products are only revealed when the package arrives, so the order can be started again if we want to replace the missed products.

Il est régulier de passer des commandes sur Eastern Trading et de ne recevoir qu'une partie des articles commandés. Vous passez commande, ensuite c'est la surprise quand ça arrive car pas de messages pour prévenir que le stock sur le site n'est pas à jour. A la réception on a pas mal d'articles manquants et oui certes le remboursement se fait mais c'est difficile de gérer ses stocks.

Was very disappointed with my order. My order took to long to receive. The website is poor because they have stuff in stock in on site then when you order and pay you find out a week later it's out of stock. Poor communication between yourself and customer service. The only good thing I can say is your cash refund is quick

The products are amazing. As for the packaging, they make sure everything arrives intact. The delivery service was very fast too. Definitely my favourite wholesaler.

I have dealt with this company in the past with no issues however, I placed an order on their website for a product I had previously purchased. They took my money and then informed me the product was no longer available. I sent many emails back and forth suggesting other products on their site as a replacement but each product I chose was not in stock even though it showed up as in stock on their website. Eventually they sent me the only wax burner they actually had in stock which is half the size of my original one and totally unacceptable for my requirements, in fact, I would go so far to say it was a dangerous product after testing it for wax melt use. I have tried to contact them several times and have received absolutely no response since the girl I was initially dealing with has left the company. I am still awaiting a response as to how I can return the 60 burners I have been sent and get a refund!

Fast service and short delivery time

Normaal geen probleem met de levering maar nu hadden ze het leveringsadres mis ingevuld. Waardoor het pakket op een ander adres geleverd zou worden. En terug van de bestelde en betaalde artikelen een deel niet op voorraad. Dan wacht je op die artikelen die je express bestelde voor een klant en die op voorraad stonden en zitten ze er weer niet bij! Dat is zeker een werkpunt, want het is de eerste keer niet. Voor de rest tevreden

This was my second time that I ordered supplies/products here for my webshop and I'm really happy about the products. Only there were some items not in such while they were in stocks in the site, the informed me about that what was very nice of them to do. Hopefully those items will be back soon :) Service is really neat and readout fast shipping. Prices are fair.
