It felt convenient to order and pay for the goods from you. You are a bit high for shipping / delivery costs, compared to other wholesalers I buy from, within the EU. Otherwise, I think you have good service, good range at reasonable prices.

I'm most satisfied with the fast delivery and good packaging as well as the quality of the items. Unfortunately, a lot of the items I would have bought were sold out. Should the stock situation of the sold out products change I would be more than happy to purchase more.

Good prices and large assortment

I;ve already ordered a couple of times from Eastern Trading. I have a small business in Bucharest and everybody loves the products we have from them. I think is one of the few websites on which the products are better than they seem in pictures (the photo´s are good don´t get me wrong) . The quality is exceptional. Delivery process is quick. I received my order in around a week since I placed the order. Which is very good compared to other distributors.

great products, but unfortunatly there is always a lot not in stock at site. And I wish there was better information like, what material and sizes the product are, that is something that is not good. And I feel the shipping is a bit expensive in conparison with other companies in Netherlands

. I have purchased from yourself a good few times and have been mostly very happy . But on a few occasions some of my items where broken or damaged and when I emailed yourselfs I didnt recieve an email back . Also some of your stock is out of stock a good while now . Afew times I have ordered and items where in stock at the time that I ordered them but when its delievered to me them items are refunded saying where out of stock this has happened to me a good few times and I was very disapointed . But over all its a very good wholesalers x
