Good but a lot of room for improvements.
Placing the order was ok, but a huge amount of stock missing from the order due to not being in stock. I did request alternative items but this didn’t happen. It’s also both annoying and inconvenient that I can’t print an invoice after placing order via PDF, instead I had to print about 30 pages by going onto each page on invoice via website. I only received invoice of items I received by email the day the order arrived, which delayed the staff in unpacking items as I had to price everything first. No invoice included in delivery so staff couldn’t “check off” the items. A lot of sprays etc doesn’t list the ingredients which is against EU legislation, meaning we risk the possibility of a law suit if a customer got an allergic reaction. Description of goods on website is poor. Overall the items seem good quality but major improvements are needed to make customer experience more sufficient and speedy, which means I’m in no hurry to return as it caused a lot of frustration with my staff (and me!).
