Wholesale prices are convenient and so the minimum order, and shipping was fast. but after placing my order I received a notification of a partial refund with no explanation. When contacting the customer service to have more information I never got any reply, I discovered only once the parcel was delivered to me that the reason of the partial refund was because some of the products on my order have not been sent, although still showing in stock in the webstore. I never had any explanation for the missing products, so this leaves me with doubts regarding their reliability and customer service. The brass incense holders I received had some minor scratches. The rest of the products were ok.

Unfortunately several items seemed to be out of stock in our latest delivery.

Really disappointed that when you order and pay for goods nothing happens until eastern trading are contacted 1 week later. Then to discover that half of the goods are now not available. Nearly 3 weeks later I am still waiting for some of the goods. Not are good service!!!!

Hi, I would like to know why there is so little stock of the Satya products we sell, when will they be restocked? I go to Satya's site, there are so many types of products, but here there is hardly any, there is soap oil, etc., but not here. Satya has at least 100 types of incense, what is your goal when you will have a full stock?
