Snelle levering, mooie producten!

This was my second time that I ordered supplies/products here for my webshop and I'm really happy about the products. Only there were some items not in such while they were in stocks in the site, the informed me about that what was very nice of them to do. Hopefully those items will be back soon :) Service is really neat and readout fast shipping. Prices are fair.

I ordered for over €500,- and payed for it, and it turned out there were only 6 of the ordered items available... So I cancelled the order. I never received the invoice or the credit note, even after asking for is multiple times, so now there is an inconsistency in my bookkeeping. I'm not one to leave bad reviews, but since they did not answer my multiple mails, and then DO send a request for a review, you asked for it...

Very good customer service, very helpful if you need to solve any issue. The products arrived well packed. Just wish that the shipping with TNT was faster,not 1 week.

Very good quality products, good prices. Couple of times we ordered and paid for products that they have not on stock. That is frustrating.

Last two orders - you haven't sent me goods which seems to be On Stock. Twice. Twice the same pattern. Goods are On Stock, but then are excluded from the order. Why? no one communicates with me explaining me the situation nor offering other solution (wait for stock up or choose another product).

As always, the ordered items were shipped quickly. It is a pity that out of stock items are out of stock for years. Better remove them from the website then.

Je ne comprend pas comment cette société existe encore ils sont incompétent a chacune des mes commandes erreur articles pas en stock, il faut pleuré pour les avoirs, la marchandise, il n'arrive même pas a mettre la main sur les virements. c'est vraiment a chaque fois un grand n'importe quoi. Vraiment très décevant. comme a chaque fois que je commande. Il temps qu'ils se remettent en question.

Long time customer, but first time buyer via online purchase with credit card. Not all ordered items shipped and invoice was adjusted to reflect only the items shipped. Set appointment with customer service to discuss situation. With one 15 minute call everything was explained and we know what to expect with future online orders. Thanks for the great customer service support!

Tyvärr mycket varor som är slut, men det står att det finns på hemsidan. Mycket som varit slut länge.

Heb meerdere malen een mail gestuurd inzake te weinig geleverde witte salie maar nog steeds geen antwoord/ creditfactuur gehad.
