I have some broken items.

Only the second time placing order and each time was the same- after two weeks there was no email of shipment notification so I emailed them three times for update and never got a reply. When I eventually phoned them they posted out order and almost HALF of items were not in stock. Clearly, they’ve no live stocktake system so don’t depend on receiving an item that you’ve ordered. Worst company I’ve dealt with and won’t be ordering here again.

Always we don't receive the items we order because at the check out, they are out of stock. We get refund for these items but then the shipping cost rise the total cost of the products

A good supplier.

We have dealt a few times with tbis company , any stock we purchased and was not in stock we were automaticly refunded for . Only one tiny thing as orders take about 10 days to get to us from order date to dillivery, if stock we order is not available to send us we would love to know it at least at time of you processing order which items not available so we can search other suppliers rather than awaiting box to arrive to zee whats not in it. Other than that a good company to deal with.

My last delivery was a disaster. The company has not delivered many items, whilst changing (rising) prices on the invoice compared to the order. Still waiting for the claim. After couple of days, still no response! I'm missing items for my Christmas sales campaign!

je n’ai aucune information sur le suivi de ma commande après l’acceptation de celle-ci. Juste un jour où le transporteur m’informe qu’il me livrera. Et…. Désormais la surprise est au rendez-vous qu’y aurait-il dans le colis ? La moitié de ma commande, pourquoi rien n’indiquait que les stocks n’étaient pas suffisants ??? Le remboursement est rapide mais après la livraison et sans un mot de leur part… comment gérer les commandes de mes clients et mes stocks ainsi. Un site à jour, une communication minimum car ce n’est pas la première fois. J’espère qu’ils se reprendront car ce n’est plus très pro !
