I had 3 Tibetan bowls broken in the package. I'm surprised that a normally large group like Estearn doesn't do a bit of monitoring in the quality of these packages. I frequently order on Eastern and I wouldn't do a good ad for the future, that's for sure. Very often I had small problems with my order, it's painful. I'm currently stuck with my return ticket because I don't have the right barcode. I find it incredible that in 2022 we manage to send satellites into space but we cannot return packages. I will study the possibility of changing incense supplier. Thank you very much, good job.

It was my second order. It's more so that I love your smudges, but if I find another company who works quicker and has the same or better quality products, I will go there. It almost takes a week in stead of 48h before my package is being send to me. Also your stock is not always as available as it says on the website.

Seems that the stock system works ok and the shipping is fast.

Helaas al een meerdere keren een bestelling gedaan die bij aankomst niet klopte. Producten die toch niet leverbaar waren, terwijl ze op voorraad staan op hun site. Netjes mijn geld terug gestort gekregen, maar ik moest mijn klanten toch alsnog nee verkopen, Echt een verbeterpunten lijkt me.

we receive our order and only one thing was missing from one item that we have order..other then these we are really satisfied with the quality of the products and the service that the easter trading provide ,arrived time,factur delivery note,email customerservice etc and we will continue order from easter trading

Some of the ordered products turn out to be missing after the order. Regardless, the web store will deduct the full amount of the ordered products from the invoices. It will be refunded in a few weeks.

Toujours égale a eux même incompétent! Stock dispo sur le site, mais pas en réel, on ma même dit qu'on gardez la marchandise pour les très gros clients. C'est pas professionnel. communication entre les différents service, nul.

2 keer besteld en alle 2 de keren geen communicatie mogelijk en missende producten in de bestellingen. Wordt niet gereageerd op mailtjes, krijgt geen factuur en ook geen creditfactuur. Geen bestellingen meer voor mij bij dit bedrijf!

I love the items , and the quantity of incense, but sometimes the products of my order come to me broken or demanged very well. I would like to know how "my best" product become avaible again, it was pretty cool to have some bottom to do that. Best regads
