2 keer besteld en alle 2 de keren geen communicatie mogelijk en missende producten in de bestellingen. Wordt niet gereageerd op mailtjes, krijgt geen factuur en ook geen creditfactuur. Geen bestellingen meer voor mij bij dit bedrijf!

I love the items , and the quantity of incense, but sometimes the products of my order come to me broken or demanged very well. I would like to know how "my best" product become avaible again, it was pretty cool to have some bottom to do that. Best regads

Unreliable company

Only the second time placing order and each time was the same- after two weeks there was no email of shipment notification so I emailed them three times for update and never got a reply. When I eventually phoned them they posted out order and almost HALF of items were not in stock. Clearly, they’ve no live stocktake system so don’t depend on receiving an item that you’ve ordered. Worst company I’ve dealt with and won’t be ordering here again.

Always we don't receive the items we order because at the check out, they are out of stock. We get refund for these items but then the shipping cost rise the total cost of the products
