This was my first order from Eastern Trading and I was super happy with the quality of all my purchases. The only disappointing part was that several of the items I ordered on the website turned out not to be in stock when it came to sending them. But I will be back again and again!

First time ordering, I've placed more of a "test" order to see how the workflow could be. I was not happy that I added products that appeared to be in stock and then just were announced they're not actually in stock and I will be refunded. I would very much prefer to be announced beforehand, so I can spend the budget on other products or increase the quantity of the ones already ordered instead of being refunded straight away.

quality good, customer service fast... but.. when i made order, articles were in stock, when delivered, half wasn 't anymore. paid shipment fee for the whole order! not exactly correct trading!
