Veel keuze en snelle levering, wel jammer dat sommige artikelen al maandenlang niet leverbaar zijn...

The products are great and of good quality!

Hello. I have been adviced to cooperate with you from Shrinivas Sugandhalaya. I chose many products (over €1000) for a first purchase. However, I was unable to pay for it (not mine, nor card's fault), so we agreed to pay by bank transfer. Since then there was no order info update, so I had to ask TWICE what is current status of my order. All has taken quite a long time. then I was informed about planned shipment. After that I was informed, tah many products form my order are unavailable and I will get refund. Why don't you conatact me and let me choose another products??? this is very questionable behavior as I could have chosen another products to be able to fill my eshop stock items and use 10% off for purchase over €1000. I was given a discount (freight for free) but I would still rather choose more products if some are unavailable.

Delivery was fast and good. The products were also good.

Jammer dat product op de site op voorraad staat en niet geleverd word. Goloka lavendel. Is nu de derde keer dat ik het niet geleverd krijg

Produits conformes, bien emballés tout est ok à l’arrivée. Délai de livraison top et pas de surprise à l’arrivée les produits sont comme sur la photo.

It costed some time to order but now all is clear. Fast delivery and no problems with the package.

Good products and good callcenter, shipping can be faster and some product were not available when i already orderd. Also on the website a lot of...out of stock.

Once again, almost half products I have ordered wasn't in stock. It happened not the first time and its getting worse! Not going order in your company anymore. Sorry

Great range of products and fantastic customers service

I ordered a set of chakra singing bowls. shipment was perfect. 1 bowl didn't work, so i recorded a video and sent it to the customer service. Next day I had a new one, free of charge of course. The old one was for me to keep, according to Eastern Trading. I already recommended some of my customers to check out Eastern Trading because I am very pleased with all the help and kind employee, who handled it absolutely fantastic. Thank you, Im very happy with my singing bowls and so are my customers :) Kind regards.

I ordered to Ireland and I have to say the service is top quality , from the email notifications to the packaging , everything I got was brilliant and only took 1 week to arrive. I will definitely be ordering again.

Wij hebben nu al meerdere bestellingen geplaats en geen van allen zijn compleet aangekomen. Op zich niet erg als er eens over gecommuniceerd wordt. Helaas is dit nooit het geval. Heel vervelend omdat je denkt artikelen te ontvangen die er vervolgens gewoon niet bij zitten

Speedy delivery great customer service

This review is with mixed feelings. I was very satisfied with the fast shipping on my first order and also the majority of the products I received was very good and a great price. But I did receive a some crystals that arrived partly broken and also not meeting the weight of the description. I therefore send an email on the day my order arrived and attached photos of the broken parts. I didn’t hear anything back for a week and I then send a follow up email to both of the emails on their website and I still didn’t hear anything. Now it has been 2 weeks with no response. I have had to reorder the broken items as I have costumer waiting for them, but this order was placed a week ago and I can’t find any information on the order status, I hope I will hear back from them at some point.

Prompt delivery. Some items were damaged in my last order, but customer service sorted this out within a week.

Nu een stuk of 5 orders geplaatst en nooit compleet geleverd gekregen, mist altijd wel iets. Krijg dan een gratis verzendcode of een pakje wierook aangeboden maar daar kan ik niet zoveel mee. Zit sowieso altijd ver boven het gratis verzenden bedrag met bestellen. Jammer want wel leuke producten. Zou meer geld uitgeven hier als het gewoon goed zou gaan, nu ga ik toch liever elders.
