Zeer goede en betrouwbare verkoper, 1 min punt dat is dat er soms iets niet op voorraad is dat je wel betaalde. Maar ze zijn correct en je krijgt het direct terug betaald zonder vragen.

Service is perfect !!

Had to wait a week on the order. 1 Day before i got a notice that some products were sold out. Of course the items i needed most! The packing of the products could be better especially with gemstones! One of them was broken. Got my money back for that but still very dissapointed with how it was shipped. A bit of bubblewrap could've saved the stone and the rest of the order! Very hassitatent to order again here. Feels very sloppy and because of the amount you have to invest i expected more and better service.

You sent my order to completely wrong address. You sent it to a previous address and not address on paypal order. Luckily the courier intervened and recognised my name and knew my correct address. I like your products So yes would recommend but care is needed with shipping
