There custom service really tries to solve problems. First time order some things went missing. Now ordered the second time and everything should go fine.

I keep asking, repeatedly, muliple times for a Credit note which is a neccessary document with every money return. You always deduct the money paid and return, but with no previous announcement and/or chance to change the order / order something else. now it has already, again been almost one MONTH with NO RESPONSE to my urgencies to obtain CREDIT NOTE. Shame.

It was a pleasure to talk by phone with you and as I explained to you on the phone, we will start working with proforma invoices, so you won't need the credits note anymore. Bij bestelling op jullie website wordt niet aangegeven dat producten niet leverbaar zijn. Daardoor drie producten niet geleverd, dit is de tweede keer jullie zijn mij als klant kwijt ook al ben ik maar een kleine afnemer. Service van medewerker is prima en de geleverde producten zijn oké.

No hay comunicación ninguna por parte del vendedor. Al realizar el pedido indicaba que todo estaba en stock, después de varios días escribiendo y contactando y bajo la amenaza ya por preocupación de mi contacto con PayPal por fin me llama una persona que se disculpa y me comunica que de un producto no hay stock, me dice que lo abonarán y mandarán todo lo demás. Cuando recibo el paquete me faltan 5 productos que no están abonados y supuestamente si hay stock. He reclamado el abono en varias ocasiones y como al principio sigo sin respuesta. Voy a abrir disputa en PayPal, ha sido una mala experiencia y desde luego ni volveré a comprar ni lo recomendaré en mi sector…

Website was easy to order from, but when my parcel arrived I missed several items and they were not on my packing list as wel, and no notification or anything that things were out of stock. So because DPD sometimes brings in two parcels, I waited till after the weekend, and I called ET up, kind friendly man answered the phone and just told me that they didn't send it bc it was not in stock, he did apologize, I was disappointed that I didn't knew this in advance, so I could choose something else instead, but they refunded my money asap. So very good customer service! But next time: keep the website up to date.
